Family vineyards spread on the gentle hills of upper Međimurje, Croatia, at an altitude of between 280 and 300 m. Favorable continental climate combined with soil suitable for growing vines makes an ideal combination for the cultivation of high-quality grapes. Thanks to gifts of nature that shape the terroir of their land, Preiner winery produces fresh and light wines in its cellars. Preiner family is constantly rejuvenating and expanding their vineyards, where they grow varieties Pušipel, Graševina, Rhine Riesling, Green Silvanac, Muscat Yellow, Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir. Today, Preiner vineyards cover 6 hectares of land in different locations throughout the Štrigova region. As the vineyard grows, so does the cellar itself, the technology, and the overall identity of Preiner Wines.
